Change of Mind

Any eligible item purchased from Castie Babe can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange of equal value or store credit. To be eligible, items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not as described, you can contact us at hello@castiebabe.com so we can assist you.
